RWJF Leadership Network

With more than 12,500 members, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) Leadership Network is a place for thousands of the most dedicated leaders across the nation to connect and engage with each other and RWJF on building a Culture of Health in America.

The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) Leadership Network is where people who are professionally connected to the Foundation engage around topics related to building a Culture of Health. It’s a place where RWJF staff can get early feedback about new potential programs or program areas and a place where current and former grantees, partners, and other leaders across sectors can engage with RWJF in an unfiltered environment. Most importantly, the Network is a place where the extended RWJF family of dedicated leaders can share ideas and make connections to others who are committed to many of the same goals and objectives.

The Network provides a dynamic, professional space where leaders and Foundation staff alike can network. In the short-term, the Network is fostering meaningful conversation and connections across an eclectic mix of people from different sectors and fields—and in the longer-term, it will continue to bring together tens of thousands of leaders who share RWJF’s mission and enable them to exchange value in both tangible and serendipitous ways.

“[The RWJF Leadership Network] has grown into a dynamic online community where more than 8,500 practitioners, scholars, policymakers and community activists are exchanging ideas, promoting research and collaborating on initiatives to advance a Culture of Health. It is a prime example of how a movement can gain momentum through social media, and how a new generation of leaders can make the most of new and emerging methods of collaboration. We are working across sectors both within and outside the Foundation to achieve these long-term goals.”
