Introducing Netcentric Campaigns: Bigger Mission, Bigger Impact
When striving to achieve change, sometimes you need to change something about yourself.
Green Media Toolshed is now officially Netcentric Campaigns. Our new name reflects our expanding work to help foundations, nonprofit organizations and grassroots leaders mobilize advocacy networks that will achieve change for the greater good.
Although we’ve got a new moniker, we aren’t completely abandoning our roots.
When Green Media Toolshed launched in 2000, we aimed to strengthen the communications infrastructure for the environmental movement. In the 13 years since we have worked hard to empower local and national movements nationwide, and we will continue to do so.
Our team of 10 is ready for this transition. We know how to build networks that work and we’ve have been doing this work for years, after all.
The Moving Maryland Forward Network united progressive advocates in the Old Line State to achieve unprecedented victories in areas including marriage equality, raise the profile of juvenile justice issues, fight for paid sick leave and the abolishment of the death penalty.
PreventObesity.net brought together more than 3,000 leaders and 300,000 supporters from across the country on several campaigns to reverse childhood obesity, transforming and empowering this vital movement.
As our mission statement states: “Netcentric Campaigns transforms advocacy for foundations and nonprofits by building networks of people who move change forward.”
Our fractured times call for a new way to empower advocacy movements. That’s why we are so passionate about the work we do.
Our team knows how to create meaningful connections with the people you need to know to make change happen.
