We need the networks that we are building to succeed, but without a unified discussion about what makes networks strong or weak, functional or dysfunctional, we can end up with missed opportunities, inefficiencies or even outright failures.

In this session we will work on building shared language about network structure so that we can talk about network building clearly and focus in on different intervention points.

We will start in this session with getting clarity on the structures of networks and applying these concepts to the networks we are all building.

​

This will be an opportunity for us to ask each other questions and share stories about network building.
