Netcentric Campaigns has developed the Seven Elements framework to assess network strength.
In this session we will focus on three of the seven elements which are related to building strong connections: Social Ties, Clear Vision, and Common Language.
By the end of this session you will have a better understanding of these elements of strong networks, how you can use them to build capacity and how you can use them to prioritize your work as a network manager.
We’ll also look at some of the common misunderstandings about these elements and how to avoid them.
